The McKee’s only appear in chapter two , they add atmosphere to the raucous party at Myrtle’s apartment in contrast to the tense .
To add to the last answer, Nick went home with Mr. McKee and the scene in the elevator and the scene where Nick is in his underwear implies Nick and Mr. McKee slept together.
