Answer: The formula of Ammonium Nitrate is NH4NO3. It contains two atom of Nitrogen four atom of Hydrogen and three atom of Oxygen. It is an acidic salt. It is formed by the way neutralization reaction ammonium Hydroxide and Nitric acid. It turns blue litmus paper into red which proves that it is acidic in nature.
