There is no evidence that Chase Jeter and Derek Jeter are related. Derek Jeter is a retired baseball player for the New York Yankees, and Chase Jeter is a college basketball player for Duke. Other than the fact that both these men are athletic (and that they share a last name), there is no reason to believe that they are related.
