add the two expression -6.5b + 11 and 3.3 B - 2

Add like terms:
-6.5b + 3.3b = -3.2b
11 + -2 = 9
-3.2b + 9

Is is addition because you have 11 then subtract 2 so that is positive 9. Therefore it is -3.2b + 9
