A baker pays $0.90 per pound for sugar and $2.75 per pound butter. How much will the baher spend if he puts 8 pounds of butter and 10 pounds of sugar?

1 pound of sugar= 0.90$
10 pounds od sugar= 10*0.90
= 9$



1 pound of butter = 2.75$

8 pounds of butter = 8*2.75

= 22.00$



Total money spent = 22$+9$

= 31$
