Following PEDMAS ( order of operations, multiplication comes before addition:

6+6-1+45*7=

6 +6 -1 + 315 =

Now do the addition and subtraction from left to right:

6+6 = 12 - 1 = 11 + 315 = 326


The answer is 326.
