The Articles of Confederation were bad for a whole bunch a reasons. First off, it wasn’t able to tax, it could only pass a law if ALL 13 states agreed which wasn’t likely to happen, no central army and many more but those are the main ones I can currently think of right now. Hope this helps!☺️
