1st integer x

2nd integer  x+1

x+ x+1 = 67

2x+1 =67

subtract 1 from each side

2x =66

divide by 2

x=33

the two integers are 33, 34

You would have the equation 2x+1=67.

Then you would -1 from each side so it would give you 2x=66

The you would divided each side by 2 then it would give you x=33

Since they are consecutive it would either be 1 larger number than 33 or 1 smaller number.

The second number would be 34 because when 33 and 34 are added together it would equal 67
