The strategy is called the “Cities Alliance Project”, or The Kiev City Development Strategy, which is an ambitious endeavor set to have results and success until 2025. This strategy has international scope and was supported by the World Bank and forged on best practices from other cities around the world. The project also created a consortium with international organizations to help the changes and new ideas to be accomplished.
