Cabeza de Vaca was held prisoner by several American Indian tribes. He became a trader and healer to these tribes, escaped, traveled as an expeditioner to USA, Mexico, colonized lands of New Spain, came back to America. Was a Governor, and was arrested in 1544, for poor administration. He had qualities of a survivor to endure all these moments and still, persevere.
