A. la semana pasada = last week
B. el año pasada = ( there isn't supposed to be an a at the and so it wouldn't make sense and there isn't a good translation for this)
C. el año pasado = last year
D. anoche = last night

So out of all of these answers, the most logical one would be C. el Año pasado.

I hope this helped :)
