1/3 ( 3x - 1) = -1/5 - 2/5

1/3 (3x - 1) = -3/5

3x - 1 = -3/5 (3)

3x - 1 = -9/5

3x = -9/5 + 1

3x = -9/5 + 5/5

3x = -4/5

x = -4/15
