Determine whether the lines are parallel or perpendicular or neither. 3x+4y=2 and 8x−6y=5

Perpendicular
1. Convert the equation from standard form to point slope form.
2. Compare the slopes of both equations, if they are the same, they are parallel, if one of them can be multiplied by its reciprocal to equal -1 it's perpendicular, and if its does none of the above, it is neither.
