The correct answer is 30%. You shouldn't take more than 30% of fats in your diet, while the recommended amount is 10% daily. Fats are important and people who go on diets often neglect this so they keep them out of their diets which can be really harmful. All types of nutrients are good as long as you don't take them too much.
