If there are two different totals then>>
0.1 x 32.66 = $3.266 (round up) - $3.27
and
0.1 x 16.23 = $1.623 (round down) - $1.62
If there are two items then it would be>>>
$32.66 + $16.23 = $48.89
0.1 x $48.89 = 4.889 (round up) - $4.89
