The process is known as collective bargaining which includes negotiations between union and management. National labor Relation Act 1935 have given rights to workers to put forward their demands to management about the benefits, better wages and working conditions. In the process of collective bargaining union presents proposal representing their demands and management answer the notice in given time period for agreement of proposed demands.
