1. Check if the power cable is connected
2. Check whether rear switch, mains filter and monitor are turned on
3. Inspect for damage to components pc and screen monitor
4. Try to connect to another outlet
5. Check psu and try turning on with another psu
If this didn't help - transfer to service center a computer
