For i, x is equal to -6. For j, x is equal to 4 and -4.

i. Plug -2 into h(x) which would result to -2 = 12/x and solve for x which would give you a solution of -6

j. Plug 23 into f(x) and you would get 23 = x^2+7 and solve for x again resulting to an answer of 4
