For this case we have the following inequality:
 -2 (8x-4) <2x + 5
 Rewriting we have:
 -16x + 8 <2x + 5
We clear the value of x:
 -5 + 8 <2x + 16x
 Rewriting we have:
 3 <18x
 3/18 <x
 1/6 <x
Therefore, the solution is given by:
 (1/6, inf)
 Answer:
 the solution is:
 1/6 <x

(1/6, inf)
