Given that the line passes through points:
(2,6), (1,3)
the equation will be given by:
m(x-x1)=y-y1
where
slope, m=(y-y1)/(x-x1)
from the points given:
m=(6-3)/(2-1)=3/1=3
thus the equation will be given by:
using point (1,3)
3(x-1)=y-3
3x-3=y-3
hence
y=3x-3+3
y=3x
