The correct title should be the Bantu Migrations
The line depicts how the Bantu migrations happened in African history. First one was the yellow when they moved to south-central and south western part, while the second migration which is colored red shows how they moved all the way down to South Africa. As the numbers say, this occurred over thousands of years, not quickly.
